I am trying to build MapGuide from the SVN repository and, after workign
through the Build on Windows user guide docs have hit a simple compiler
issue in that some header files referenced in:

    \MgDev\Server\src\Gws\GwsQueryEngine\GwsFeatureQueryResults.cpp

Do not exist in my copy of the trunk....

    #include "SDF/IScrollableFeatureReader.h"
    #include "SHP/IScrollableFeatureReader.h"

I do not have a SDF or a SHP folder or the header files elsewhere!  Is
my
extract of SVN corrupt?  Are they in the repository OK?
