[mapguide-internals] Installer - work in progress

Martin at EDSI has graciously placed a recent build of the installer in
the following temporary location:

http://gis.edsi.com/MapGuideOpenSource-2.1.0-Unofficial.msi

This will only be available for a limited time, and should not be
broadcast widely so their server doesn't get swamped, but it will give
you a chance to try out the new installer if you have been following
along but haven't had a chance to build your own yet.  The installer
still needs considerable testing, especially to ensure that configurable
items get set correctly, that all OS / API language combinations work,
etc.  

There are some known issues with IIS7, and if you want to install under
IIS7 you'll have to start up a command prompt "as Administrator" and run
it like:
  msiexec /i MapGuideOpenSource-2.1.0-Unofficial.msi

Also, I thought I had resolved this (patch attached to ticket 911), but
Crispin had to manually install the Visual C++ runtime (VS2008 SP1) for
the installer to complete successfully.

If you run into problems, please update or enter new trac tickets under
the Installer component.
