Hi Trevor,

There was some talk back about whether it was possible to make the Mentor
dictionary path a configuration option. Wouldn't that be a more flexible
approach (esp. if you want side-by-side installs of different MG versions)
over environment variables? Oh and we can finally get rid of the reboot
requirement on the windows installer as a result.
