 When you join a SDF feature source with a view in SQL Server 2000, and
 create a themed layer off of it, whose style rules incorporate the joined
 values, the resulting themed layer "jumps" around when you pan/zoom around
 the map.

 However, if that view was a table, you get the correct theme applied.

 I am currently preparing a data package that illustrates the problem, and
 will attach to this ticket when done.
