Comment:

 Yes, that would be a very nice feature. Currently Maestro does nothing if
 you change the schema, even if the layer does not render anymore. When
 #560 is implemented, This should not be a problem. In any case, I think it
 is better to allow the user fix the layer, rather than requiring a full
 reconstruction. Once a validation/warning system is in place, that will be
 optimal.
