 Hmm... that's a typical error when PHP hasn't loaded the MapGuide API
 extension.  Can you check your php.ini for

 extension = php_MapGuideApi.dll

 Also check that extension_dir = "C:\Program
 Files\MapGuideOpenSource2.0\WebServerExtensions\php\ext"
