 Generally speaking, when you specify a relative path to something, it is
 assumed to be relative to the working directory of the application, which
 is the directory with Maestro.exe most of the time.

 I'm guessing because the xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation is not an absolute
 path, this is where it tries to find the xsd. But I don't know how to tell
 the xml validator to look in our configured XML schema path instead
