 The resolution of [http://trac.osgeo.org/csmap/ticket/160 CS-Map ticket
 160] means that we can now safely exclude the following files from the
 MapGuide build output:

  * OSTN02.txt
  * OSTN97.txt
  * TKY2JGD.par
  * JGD2011V100.par
  * Any files with a .MRT extension
