[mapguide-users] Combine Layers

I have a few issues/questions
1) Is there a way to combine mapbuide maps/layers created on various PCs
into one web server to pubish all the maps?
2) We have quite a few thematic maps, what is the best way to publish them?
3) Some maps are created in Arcview 9.2. Is there a way to convert / import
the Arcview Project into mapguide?

We use MGOS RC2 on Windows, on Appache and also uses Studio 2007.
