1.	MapGuide Enterprise 2007 - SP1
2.	Windows 2003 Production - Windows XP development
3.	Mapguide Studio (although primarily using the API to programmatically load data rather that the GUI)
4.	Oracle
5.	Don't have a choice as depends on customers data, which is mainly DWG's and SHP files
6.	ECW
7.	AJAX used so far although may have to switch to DWF due to slow response times in selecting features in AJAX viewer
8.	One
9.	The API is too low level and requires a lot of effort and often manipulating XML files to perform simple tasks. For example simple operations such as zooming to layer extent or getting the attributes of a selected feature are not for the faint of heart.

Subject: [mapguide-users] POOL: Version, database, data files....

Hi,

last pool was in summer 2006 - DWF vs AJAX (AJAX won that), now it's time for another one :-)

1. What is your mapguide server version?

2. What is your OS?

3. Autodesk Mapguide Studio or Web Studio?

4. What is your preffered database?

5. What is your preffered data file (SDF, SHP...)?

6. What is your preffered image type (TIFF, JPEG...)?

7. What is your preffered viewer, DWF or AJAX?

8. How many application you have developed on Mapguide?

9. What is most annoying thing in Mapguide?

That was simple 9 questions...
