[mapguide-users] Tooltip on the marker

Hi Kenneth,

I trace down the code, i realise that the value of ResourceID is assigned
somewhere in the code. Therefore, i have no problem display the temporary
layer. 
But so far, do you find out any problem with my .xml code which cause the
tooltip cant be showed?FYI, i more my cursor almost whole piece of my
'marker' but stil nothing show.
