In fact, this was what I was expecting by the use of data access abstraction
through FDO. Pity this is poorly documented on the site (either MGOS' or
FDO's); same for your remarks about OSGeo.PostGIS versus OSGeo.PostgreSQL...
See if I can somehow contribute after I got to know the software :))

When are you guys expecting 2.2 to be out of BETA?
