PHP extension dlls usually go under Php\ext

Another important thing is to ensure you compiled the PHP extension dlls
with the correct version of Visual Studio. The PHP bundled with MapGuide OS
was built with VS 2008. Should be the same for MGE/AIMS

This part:

--with-gd--with-png-dir=["where my compiled dlls go"???]--with-zlib-dir["in
the same folder"] 

Looks like configure parameters when building PHP from source, in that case
you don't want to drop dlls into those folders. Instead you want to drop the
header and library files for pnglib and zlib.
