If you want to "modify" a RuntimeMapLayer, just create a new RuntimeMapLayer
with the desired settings and replace the existing one.

LayerDefinitionID is read-only because there are several other inter-related
properties dependent on it. Other such read-only properties are read-only
for the same reason.
