[mapguide-users] outdated release archive page

If someone could make a release archive landing page on the wiki that points
to wiki release notes of each MGOS release, then I can just fix that release
archive page to point to the wiki.

In fact, pretty much most of the content on mapguide.osgeo.org should be on
the wiki. Any redundant content on mapguide.osgeo.org should link to their
respective wiki pages.
