[mapguide-users] MBtiles via GDAL

I have been unsuccessful with MGOS 2.5.  I believe the GDAL packaged with
MGOS (at least at 2.5) is not compiled with OGR SQLite driver support.  See
http://www.gdal.org/frmt_mbtiles.html.  If you are using QGIS, it does have
OGR SQLite driver support.
