[MapProxy] Seeding generated way too many tiles

Hi Kent,

MapProxy defaults to 20 zoom levels for your custom grid.  The last level has a resolution of 19 micrometer! :)
With level 12 you are still at a 2mm resolution. Try limiting your grid to 5-6 levels.
