[MapQuery] edugis clone

  Hi all,

I cloned the master and pushed the edugis code into it; 
https://gitorious.org/~edugis/mapquery/edugis-mapquery 
<https://gitorious.org/%7Eedugis/mapquery/edugis-mapquery> It is based 
on the current master, but the idea is to merge it with the vmx branch 
in time. Feel free to play with it, comment on it and especially adept 
it to the 'new' mapquery style.
