[Mapserver-dev] MapServer Dev-Document

Pete (Skywalker? I don't envy you your childhood),
   Mapserver is really simple code, frankly. I don't even know C and was 
able to figure out what went where pretty easily just be reading 
through the code. Start with the mapserv.c executable and work your way 
in, following the functions.
