[Mapserver-inspire] MapServer and INSPIRE

Hi,

As the manager of a small GIS experts company, I'm interested in making 
MapServer compliant with INSPIRE view services TG. I'm presently working 
on the 3.0 version of the specs, which are not public yet but I think I 
can share them without any problem. You'll find them attached here. The 
goal of my present task is to point out what is, is not and could be 
INSPIRE compliant in MapServer.
