The diffs have been included in the master copy of the configure script
on the CVS server, but the runtime library path have been made optional
to avoid causing side-effects on other platforms where they're not
required.  *BSD users (and others with problems with runtime libpath)
should use the new "--enable-runpath" configure option to enable the
"-Wl,-R" flags that will make the *BSD linker happy.

This should hopefully be part of one of the next nightly builds on the
web site.
