label error?

Hi!


I'm trying to make a city map with street labeling.

When a label is rotated, it's appear on wrong place (not far from good
place).
The distance is depends on rotation angle (if angle is 0, then no
distance)


I use truetype fonts (of course), and the spatial data come from mapinfo
converted with universal translator (part of mapinfo).
When i see the converted shp file with arcview it's ok.

Have you any deal?
