SUM: Building MS_3.3.007

Thanks to Steve Lime for a quick response to my problem.  I had simply forgotten to (follow instructions and) put the '-lpng -lz' on the includes in my Makefiles (the main Makefile and the one in 'gdft').

Thanks again Steve.  Maybe this thread will help someone else.
