Need ms_demo setup help

Could someone give me some info on how to set-up ms_demo (eg. dirs and
permissions).  I've been having trouble.


I've installed the files to /ms_demo and put a copy of demo_init.html into
my apache/htdocs directory.

I've also edited the demo_init.html to point to /ms_demo/demo.map

But when I hit "Initialize" I get

msLoadMap(): Premature End-of-File. Undefined symbol.
