MapServer and Cygwin

Dear All,

I compiled MapServer (3.4. and 3.3.011.) with Cygwin under Win2000 SP1.
But when I tried it in the web server I got: "500 Internal Server Error"
and in the Apache error.log: "Premature end of script headers:
d:/apache/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe"

What is the possible reason and how to fix it?

When I run the script in the shell the result is:
$ ./mapserv.exe
This script can only be used to decode form results and
should be initiated as a CGI process via a httpd server.
