problems with compilation ms_3.4

Hi list.
i'm installing ms_3.4
i followed the steps in the file README.CONFIGURE
for the impatient:

./configure
make

then in the directory cgi/bin i have to copy the
mapserv file but i dont have it!! in my directory
mapserver only i have the files mapserv.c and
mapserv.h

i don't know where is the mapserv file

please help me..
