I guess Steve is referring to our Web-based Map Editor here.  It
provides functionality very similar to what the MapServer Tcl Workbench
allows you to do, except that it's a Java Servlet that runs on the
MapServer server, and you access it via a web browser... so you can use
it to administer remote servers just like if you were sitting besides
them.

We are planning to release the source and everything as usual... but the
docs is not complete yet and we don't have a public demo setup yet
either.  I'll try to setup a demo site in the next couple of weeks and
will send a note to the list once it's there.
