[mapserver-users] Update MS35 to MS 36, Problem with PHP4.2.1?

Yes there were changes between 3.5 and 3.6.  They are (hopefully all)
documented in the HISTORY.TXT that comes in the source distribution, and
a copy is available online at: 
http://www2.dmsolutions.ca/mapserver/dl/mapserver-3.6.2-HISTORY.txt
