[mapserver-users] Rosa Applet and PAN Question

Haven't tried it, but you can get an idear of the performance from other
applications like this one:
www.kortal.dk

Unfortunately it's in Danish, so it might be difficult to start for you:
1. Click the map of Denmark in the upper left corner
2. Click the link "Ja, installer...." (in English: Yes, install...)
(this will install an ActiveX component from Earth Ressource Mapper)

Now you have a map of Denmark, where you can pan like you suggest. If it's
possible with MapServer is a good question... ;-)

When you click on PAN, instead of clicking a point on the map, use a 
hand and move the map
as you move you mouse. I am not sure about the delay this would cause, 
but has anyone tried it?
