[mapserver-users] Unable to use TEMPLATE in LEGEND

Thanks for the tip.  Upgrading to 3.6 did solve the problem.  The legend
template started working right away.  As an added benefit, I've been
converting MapInfo files to shape format for using in MapServer, and now I
don't need to.

Well, seems like a mistake... it shouldn't be there.  Let's CC: Jamie
Smedsmo... she's the one who has control to update these files.
