[Mapserver-users] Mapserver 3.7, PHP/mapscript, Apache 2.x, RH8

I had no problem at all compiling and running MapServer CGI and 
MapScript PHP for Apache 2.0 on Linux. Got the impression that compiling 
Apache with mpm=worker ran faster than the default mpm=prefork, but I 
did no systematic testing.
