[Mapserver-users] Problem with NCSUtil.dll

Hi Eduardo,

NCSUtil.dll is required to view ECW format files which I believe are
supported by GDAL. The easiest way to obtain the DLL file is simply to
go to http://www.earthetc.com and view some of the sample imagery on the
website on your NT machine. This will cause an ActiveX to be downloaded
onto your PC which will automatically install the NCSUtil.dll library
for you. Hopefully once this has been installed it will solve your
problem with mapserver.
