[Mapserver-users] Mapserver-user labelingproblem

Are you using truetype fonts? Built-in bitmap fonts cannot be
rotated...

I am a new mapserver user and trying to display and rotate text in an
annotation layer. I am able to display the text but the text is not
rotated.
The MapServer Version is 4.0.1 and is running on windows xp.
