PHPMapScript and PHP5 Windows

Hello list,

I am having a hard time compiling PHPMapScript (Mapserver 4.2.3) with
PHP 5.0.x using VC6.0/WinXP. I'm receiving :

error C2065: 'tsrm_ls': undeclared identifier, followed by errors with
function pointers.

It compiles just fine with PHP4.3.x (as did all the previous versions).

Any idea?
