WFS and Oracle

I' m sorry to say that the trick to use an upgraded vc6sp6 .\Common and 
.\vc98 did not yet do the trick.
I'm thinking dependencies now. I will rebuild from scratch.

A comforting thought is that we can use Howard Butler's fully featured 
Oracle92 compile.
