2 projections on the same map file

Hi list,
I'd like to put on different layers 2 raster files with different projections
1) Cassini . Soldner : used in Italy for Mappa Catastale
2) Gauss-Boaga : used for all other kinds of maps.

How can I achieve this result even if I know that hardly they can match exactly.

Is it possible and how can I write my .map file for projections
Maybe some Italians have already faced this problem.
