php_ mapscript and WFS Server functionality

Hi,

Is php_mapscript able to act as WFS Server?
It was compiled with the necessary options and phpinfo shows enabled WFS
Server and client.

If yes, how would this be accomplished, could someone please post an example
(URL)?
