MS Foundation web presence question

Tom,

I think we all will be evaluating the capabilities of MSE to
determine what it can be used for. Its certainly has some new
features that mapserver users are not used to having, but it also has
some limitations (for now).

One of the things it is not is light-weight. I think it will work
very in certain situations, and I think mapserver will work very well
in others.

Cheers

Paul
