Oracle Spatial : Geodetic data : queries fail

Hi Michael,
    For 9i version you can use the VERSION parameter in your layer DATA 
definition, in your case:
        DATA "SHAPE FROM SITE USING UNIQUE SITE_ID SRID 8307 RELATE 
VERSION 9i"
