Mapserver CGI + ArcSDE 8.3 windows build ?

Hi,

 

We've been trying using the kitchen sink builds from
http://hobu.stat.iastate.edu/mapserver/

 

However we need to install onto a machine that has Arc SDE 8.3 and the build
on here seems to require SDE 9.0

 

Does anyone know where we can get a build using SDE 8.3 or does anyone have
a windows build they could let us have ?

I've never actually gone through the build process and would rather avoid it
if I can !
