GetLegendGraphic without label

Hi Norbert,

I have run into this problem as well. I'm afraid there is no solution
currently.

Apparently in WMS 1.3 width and height for LegendURL are now optional. So
that way the server can advertize the image without specifying the width
and the height, simply because it does not know of the size before-hand.
This will instruct the client to inspect the image to determine the size.
