php mapscript draw() error

you should start here:

http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/reference/mapfile/map

Look for parameter DEBUG, that allows you to turn debugging on. Be
aware of permissions. Your mapserv cgi should be allowed to write to
the path that you have to set for it.
