C# mapserver

I'm afraid I couldn't understand the problem exactly.

However I would suggest you to copy all of the dll-s (the mapscript
dll-s and all of the dependencies) into your application directory.

I suppose apache and IIS are listening on the same port (probably on
TCP 80) so you might want to configure any of them into a different
port, either by:

- Changing 'Listen 80' in httpd.conf or
- Changing the TCP Port setting on the default web side using the
Internet Information Services snap-in.
