ogr with dns-less odbc connection

I have read, that ogr supports dns-less odbc connections. I have put the
ms4w mapserver package on an usb-stick, build my project and tested the
environment. It runs ok. I have only to set the right drive letter for the
usb-stick and to configure the ODBC-DNS. If it's not needed to set the DNS,
I have one point less to consider.

The DNS points to an Access MDB with geometry and attributes.
