Steve,

You could download any of the SDK packages (according to your compiler
version and architecture) supported from this location:

http://vbkto.dyndns.org:1280/sdk/Default.aspx

(see the bottom of the page for the SDKs)

These packages contain all the required stuff for a successful compilation
and the required patch in the regex lib which should make it compile well.
