[mapserver-users] how to know featureId from shape ?

hello

for my personal trouble  i receive warning in WFS GetFeatures test


WARNING: FeatureId item '1' not found in typename 'Parcelles'.

So i guess we can not settle  feature Id at random but need to be exact from
the shape file i use ? or from other data source ?

so please what does it mean and where can i found it in my data ?
