[mapserver-users] Sanitary Sewer Flow Direction Line Symbol

Is it possible to create a line symbol as shown in the picture below,
specifically the black arrow, one triangle for each line segment at the
downstream point?  Please ignore the circles, they are manhole points in a
separate shapefile.
