[Journal] Feedback: [FOSS4G Proceedings] FOSS4G-Proceedings: procedure different for poster presenters?

Hi Stefan,
We haven't considered poster presenters, but if there is an  
associated paper that can be published from your work, I invite you  
to submit it.  The selection criteria will be broad, but will also  
ensure that only complete papers are approved.  If we get swamped  
with papers, which I think is unlikely, then we may have to drop some  
or defer them to future editions.  Either way, we are able to work  
authors to help edit, review and make articles as relevant as  
possible to our readership.
