[Journal] FOSS4G Proceedings Now Available - OSGeo Journal Volume 3

This announcement (below) is going out shortly.  If you have a chance  
to look it over or the web page, let me know if you see any errors.   
Otherwise... we're done.  Thanks to the editors of this special edition:

I am expecting to publish the next issue by the end of March, which  
will include normal articles, but also a Annual Report for OSGeo.   
Before then I'd like to re-group as an editorial team, switch to  
using the open journal system (which will help set up our peer review  
process) and improve the layout and delivery of the Journal.  We also  
have several new editors waiting in the wings to help!

So, congratulations for making it through our first full year of the  
OSGeo Journal!  I now consider our beta testing phase complete and  
look forward to v2.0 :)  I will be in touch in the new year.

The OSGeo Journal team is pleased to announce the availability of  
Volume 3.  This volume of the Journal is dedicated to publishing the  
proceedings from the FOSS4G 2007 conference held in September.  14  
different papers, representing over 35 authors were contributed.   
They cover a wide range of Integration, Development, Topical Interest  
and Case Study material.

You can access the Journal as a print-ready single PDF or as  
individual articles from:

Our next volume will be delayed until the first quarter of 2008.  If
