[Journal] Workflow

FYI - for those who aren't already familiar with the Open Journal  
System or the role that has been assigned to you, please see this

For reference, I have the Journal Manager and Editor role.  Some of  
you are Section Editors and many others are Reviewers and Authors.   
As you might see, there are roles for Copyeditors and Layout Editors  
in case anyone is interested.  Historically, the editors and myself  
covered all these roles, but more are always welcome :)
